Unit/Build Critique & Evaluations

 

  This activity is cancelled for the 2014 OLTD 504 Cohort

As a critical friend, provide feedback to another person for their unit/build in a different LMS than the one in which you worked (If you built in Moodle, you will need to be enrolled in a D2L course to review...)

Feedback will not be on the content of the work; rather, it will be on the design of the course:

  • Ease of navigation
  • layout of the course
  • Instructions
  • Lessons
  • Quizzing
  • Assignments
  • Gradebook
  • Discussions...

You will only need to provide feedback on three or four aspects of the course. Try to find two stars and a wish to help your colleague with their course design.

Provide feedback in an email to your colleague with a cc to the instructor.

 
Complete the self-evaluation form. This is the same form that you used to peer-evaluate. You will be completing it a second time for yourself.

Add to your Blog/Learning Journal post:

  1. A reflection on the experience,
  2. Any comments and feedback that you feel comfortable posting.
